The future, as I see it, will be shaped by AI-driven platforms like Cyberr, which will source and select candidates with greater precision than the average recruitment agency.


However, there is another side to this evolution. By 2030, we will see a clear division in the recruitment industry: AI-driven platforms handling a significant portion of the market and high-caliber headhunters providing a level of craftsmanship that technology cannot yet replicate. This is where BuschX comes in.
